The Introvert's Guide to Building a Home Gym on a Budget

For my fellow introverts who love to lift

If you want to train from home with minimal equipment and still build strength and have fun, then this is for you!

My name is Veronica and I'm a NASM-certified strength and nutrition coach who understands your need to be alone in order to recharge your social battery. Working out has been, for me, a form of self-care for years, but as an introvert, it's been hard AF to find a good fit in gym culture, especially during COVID times.

As an introverted, neurodivergent woman wo often feels overstimulated and anxious in commercial gyms, I've gotten the art of building a home gym down to a T.

But as a kettlebell coach, I've noticed that many of my clients are also introverts, often neurodivergent, or simply too busy to commute to a gym after work. And since working with me and realizing they can build wild strength and get awesome workouts in at home, they haven't looked back! All they need is a bit of space, some equipment, and SMART workouts to be able to reach their fitness goals successfully.
