Work With Us

Veronica (NASM CPT, CNC) is the strength and nutrition coach at Elemental Fitness. She has a background in public health and reproductive health work, and has worked with people of all ages to help them achieve their strength goals through virtual coaching.

 

Veronica is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and is currently completing her coursework as a Pelvic Floor Exercise Specialist. Her coaching approach is compassionate body acceptance that embraces intuitive eating and building movement confidence for some serious strength gains.

  • Personalized workout program tailored to your goals + wants

  • 1:1 training via Zoom THREE times per week 

  • BONUS workouts delivered via app with form checks (up to 2 bonus workouts)

  • Bi-weekly nutrition coaching

  • Full-time text and email support

  • Workouts delivered via app with walk-through videos

  • Safe space from toxic diet/fitness culture!

How It Works

1. Apply to the program of your choice by clicking on the application form links! (Applications are really short and only take a couple minutes)

2. Schedule a Zoom call with me to see if we’d be a good match (I’ll provide the link to you via email)

3. Purchase your program through the Plans & Pricing tab on my website (billed monthly)

4. Sign waiver/other forms and schedule your movement assessment (I’ll provide the link!)

5. Get ready to have some fun building wild strength!
